Holmes challenges Council for misleading public on ‘flawed plan’

Paul Holmes, Conservative MP for Eastleigh has challenged Eastleigh Borough Council Leader for misleading the public on Eastleigh’s draft local plan.

Paul Holmes today raised the unwanted local Liberal Democrat housing plan that is proposing over 5,000 homes in Bishopstoke.

Hamble Lane development.

Paul has objected to the proposals for 148 homes in Hamble Lane on the GE Aviation site. As promised in the election campaign, Paul wants to see a halting of over excessive development in this area. The letter to the Planning Committee stated.

Remembrance Sunday Services

On Sunday 9th November Paul attended Remembrance Services across the Eastleigh constituency. 

In the morning Paul attended the West End Service at St James Church before laying a wreath at the memorial before attending the service at the Royal Victoria Country Park.
